Muscles

This is most definitely my favourite out of all the face painting ventures I've attempted so far! I've kind of changed my theme, instead of i piece showing alliance between two people, this shows the alliance between the different parts of the body.  Our muscles allow us to move, smile, frown and laugh; they are the relationship that links our mind and our movements.  This is one of the greatest 'alliances' I can think of.
This took around 4 hours to paint, on a free afternoon in the studio at school.  I used images from the internet and from a human biology book I have at home; every photo was slightly different, so i mixed all my favourite elements together.  So this isn't a completely accurate representation, but it looks realistic and artistic, so I'm pleased :)
