Spent hours modelling flies on thin bands of clay which will eventually (hopefully) resemble something of the ring designs in the post further down this page called 'fly'. I plan to cover these models in vinamold (silicone rubber that sets and keeps the model's shape), pick out the clay, then cast wax versions which will be flexible so can be bent round to form rings (or bangles if they turn out to be just a bit too big). |
